Update: Charles Schwab Cup standings

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — Bernhard Langer remained at the top of the Charles Schwab Cup standings despite earning no points last week at The Cap Cana Championship. Scott Hoch narrowed Langer’s lead to 285 points by tying for fifth. Making a big jump was Mark Wiebe, who had not earned any Charles Schwab Cup points in 2008 going into The Cap Cana Championship. Wiebe’s second Champions Tour victory was worth 300 points, moving him to 10th overall.
