Continued from Page 1 Hit Down On The Ball! Do you have a problem hitting down on the ball? I've got a drill that will help. Not only will you learn how to hit down but you'll increase your clubhead lag as well. Place a clubshaft on the ground directly inline with the Impact Point of the golf ball. Now make a swing taking the club up and back - and then down and out. If done successfully you'll SEE a divot in front of the shaft, you will HEAR the sound of a ball being compressed, and you will FEEL the club going DOWN, and you will HAVE clubhead lag.
