3 Types of Lag

In this webinar I talk about the 3 types of lag, how they are beneficial to each other and how they all 3 MUST work together!

First we have Pivot Lag.

The body must have the correct sequencing of feet, knees, hips and shoulders to produce a powerful pivot.

Secondly we have Power Source Lag.  Again, there is a sequence that if disrupted, creates a weak powerless swing.

And finally we have Clubhead Lag.  When players ask “How do I increase my lag,” this is the one they are talking about.  However, without the other two, clubhead lag can be “artificial” if not done correctly.
